Winona Pattern & Mold, as a third party inspection service, ensures confidence that your parts have been inspected to the highest quality standards. We inspect fixtures, gages and tooling, as well as cast and machined parts from all materials. Our full array of reporting services include: 1st Article PPAP, Gage R&R, SPC, spread sheet, GD&T and custom specified reports. When speed is of the essence we can provide off-line programming, which allows us to write a program from your CAD file or blueprint while the part is being manufactured. Off-line programming streamlines productivity, allowing you to get your product to market faster.

FARO Laser Scanning
Laser scanning is another service we utilize at Winona Pattern & Mold to add value and further customize our project solutions for each customer's specific requirements. The FARO arm is highly portable, allowing us to inspect virtually anywhere in our shop or yours. This versatility allows us to scan very large parts without the transportation costs.
