Planning & Scheduling
Through years of experience Winona Pattern & Mold has developed the skills and tools needed to track and manage all facets of a project's schedule. Understanding the critical milestones and development time needed at each of the different phases's helps us work with our customer to allocate the best use of resources. Out of this comes the ability to work concurrently on different features of the project to ensure the fastest possible delivery and realize opportunity for saving money and avoiding delay. Planning & scheduling is an iterative and constantly updated process which represents a critical step in the total project management cycle.
